Embodiment & Movement sessions blend physical practices with mindful awareness to support balance, vitality, and emotional wellbeing.

 

From the fluid energy of Qigong to the grounding strength of Pilates, the meditative flow of yoga, the self-expression of intuitive dance, and the healing power of somatic movement, these modalities create space for deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
