Why it caught our attention
Cacao is something we keep coming across in the spaces Sondera explores - in circles, before meditation, alongside sound and in quieter rituals at home.
Spirit Cacao first came onto our radar through Liz, who has recently started working with cacao. It made us curious about how something many of us first know simply as chocolate has come to hold such a different place within the modern spiritual world, and why more people are creating rituals around it.
